How I work with clients
I work predominantly with EFT as a safe, evidence based and highly effective tool, along with coaching frameworks and powerful visualisation techniques to help my clients achieve their goals.
I help clients to find lasting relief from anxiety and stress or feeling stuck. In one to one sessions I work with them to map the triggers for their anxiety and to work through current scenarios and past events that are causing them concern.
My clients enjoy the sense of safety I bring to sessions and the transformations they see, often in just one session, that enable them to achieve a goal that had been out of reach previously.
I work at a deeply intuitive level, by being very present and asking insightful questions that guide my clients to understand and release their deepest held beliefs and emotional states that are keeping them stuck.
I don’t believe in pushing to achieve transformation. EFT creates a sense of safety in the nervous system so that the heart and mind can work together to release old stories and neutralise unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
