About Me

Hi, I'm Wendy – Transformative Coach & EFT Tapping Practitioner

I help people move through anxiety and stress so they can feel calmer, more confident, and ready to move forward in life with greater self-belief.

My path to this work is a personal one. Like many of the clients I work with now, I grew up with anxiety. I graduated from a top university with the world in front of me and a heap of expectations. I was also a sensitive child who experienced a series of unexpected losses that stretched my ability to cope. As I got older, I threw myself into a fast-paced career—working for some of the UK’s biggest retailers and leading teams in both major brands and fast-growing start-ups.

From the outside, things looked fine. On the inside, I was juggling self-doubt, pressure, and a constant undercurrent of anxiety. But back then, anxiety wasn’t something people talked about. So I kept going. And like many high-achievers, I coped by pushing through—until I couldn’t anymore.

About 20 years ago, I started searching for something different. I was stuck and I realised anxiety was a major driver of this. I tried all sorts of tools and therapies to quieten my mind and find some peace. Some helped a little—but nothing really stuck until I discovered tapping (EFT). When I combined EFT with powerful coaching techniques, something clicked. It changed everything.

That’s why I retrained in 2021 as an accredited Transformative Coach and EFT Practitioner. Because tapping helped me so much, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself.

Now, I support young people to manage anxiety, reduce stress, and build the inner strength they need to thrive—whether that’s in school, at work, or just navigating life’s ups and downs.

I work one-to-one with private clients and within organisations, offering tailored support packages that blend gentle, effective tools with real-world understanding.

If you (or someone you love) is struggling with anxiety, there is a way through—and I’d love to help you find it.
