As an accredited trauma informed EFT practitioner and Transformative Coach, I work with young people who feel anxious, stressed and want to feel calmer and more confident on a daily basis.

I combine coaching with EFT, which is a quick, accessible technique that puts anxiety management literally at your fingertips.

Working together as a team, I help my clients to understand the triggers of their anxiety, work through events and memories connected to them and release the charge they hold, enabling them to embrace more calm and peace in their lives.

How I work

I combine the power of coaching with EFT to help my clients uncover the roots of their anxiety, reduce their cortisol levels and access a deeper state of calm, both in the moment and over the longer term.

Working 1:1 on Zoom, I work intuitively with my clients, at their own pace. Blending EFT with insightful and powerful coaching questions helps to unravel the often hidden root causes of anxiety, including memories and past events that affect our current thinking and our future life. It is a somatic approach, helping us to reconnect with the sensations of stress and anxiety in the body and helps to regulate the nervous system.

My approach is compassionate, gentle, humorous when appropriate and safe, allowing my clients to let go of old thought patterns and emotional pain. Tapping helps to enable spontaneous reframes of thoughts and events that have triggered us over the years, enabling them to gently fall away.

I came to this work through my own anxiety, blocks and experiences of stress and overwhelm and understand how frustrating and tiring managing those feelings can be.
