What to Expect When We Work Together

This page will help you understand what working together looks like, so you can decide whether it feels right for you.
My approach is calm, structured and collaborative.
We begin by exploring what has brought you here — whether that is a specific situation, a pattern of anxiety, or a general sense of feeling stuck.
From there, we work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface. This may incluI work predominantly with EFT as a safe, evidence based and highly effective tool, along with coaching frameworks and powerful visualisation techniques to help my clients achieve their goals.
Depending on what feels right for you, we may use a combination of coaching and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), sometimes known as tapping. This helps to reduce emotional intensity and create space for clearer thinking.
A Typical Session May Include:
• exploring your current challenge in depth
• identifying patterns or triggers
• working with limiting beliefs or emotional blocks
• using EFT to calm the nervous system (if appropriate)
• gaining clarity around decisions or direction
• identifying practical next steps
What You Might Notice Over Time
