This depends on the nature of what you’re working through and what you would like to achieve.
I work in structured blocks of three 90-minute sessions, which allows enough time to explore patterns, create shifts, and support real-world change.
Some clients choose to continue beyond this, while others feel a clear shift within a single block.

I always use EFT for phobias. For other areas of anxiety, I use EFT as the main tool but you are always in control of the process. If you prefer to work through coaching only, that is absolutely fine.
