  • This depends on the nature of what you’re working through and what you would like to achieve.

    I work in structured blocks of three 90-minute sessions, which allows enough time to explore patterns, create shifts, and support real-world change.

    Some clients choose to continue beyond this, while others feel a clear shift within a single block.

  • I always use EFT for phobias. For other areas of anxiety, I use EFT as the main tool but you are always in control of the process. If you prefer to work through coaching only, that is absolutely fine.

  • Many clients experience moments of emotion as we work through patterns or experiences that have felt stuck. We always work gently and at a pace that feels manageable for you.

  • No. Coaching is forward-focused and helps you understand patterns, shift perspective, and move toward meaningful goals.

    EFT is an evidence based practice and combines tapping on known acupressure points with exposure, cognitive reframing. It works with past experiences, patterns, emotions and feelings to help neutralise the emotional charge of negative events and patterns.

    If you are experiencing severe mental health difficulties, it is important to also seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Yes — especially when anxiety is linked to specific patterns, situations, or triggers.

    Rather than trying to “get rid of anxiety,” we work with how it shows up in your life and gently shift the emotional and behavioural patterns underneath it.

  • Everyone moves at their own pace. My role is to support the process, provide tools and insight and create a safe space for change.

    The depth and speed of change can vary from person to person, and we work with whatever is present in each session..
